INSTRUCTIONS FOR REMOTE ASSISTANCE

1. LETS GET ON THE PHONE. (731-332-2416) WE CAN SCHEDULE A REMOTE CONNECTION AND AGREE ON THE TERMS. 

2. LEFT MOUSE CLICK ON WHERE IT SAYS "REMOTE ASSISTANCE" BELOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS. THAT WILL DOWNLOAD THE TEAMVIEWERQS.EXE FILE THAT WILL ALLOW A REMOTE CONNECTION ON YOUR COMPUTER. 

3. ONCE THAT FILE HAS DOWNLOADED, RUN IT AND TELL ME THE USER ID AND PASSWORD THAT IS SHOWN IN THAT SOFTWARE. I WILL NEED THAT TO REMOTELY CONNECT TO YOUR PC. 

PHYSICAL HARDWARE REPAIRS ARE OF COURSE NOT POSSIBLE WITH A REMOTE CONNECTION . BUT PERFORMANCE TWEAKS, MALWARE INFECTIONS AND VIRUS SCANS ARE POSSIBLE. WE CAN ALSO ASSIST WITH SPECIFIC SOFTWARE ISSUES BY REMOTE. IF THIS SERVICE WOULD BENEFIT YOU, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
